About DalaVind

DalaVind is a partially owned subsidiary within the Siljansvik group.

DalaVind's operations involve owning and operating existing wind power, as well as developing new wind power projects to increase our energy production. DalaVind as a company and the industry as a whole are undergoing a significant transformation. We work long-term, closely with landowners and local communities.

We are now looking for an engaged Project Manager for Wind Power who wants to help strengthen our operations and drive new projects to realization.

Your main responsibilities

As a project manager with us, you will have a broad and varied responsibility throughout the project lifecycle, including:

  • Identifying, initiating, and driving new wind power projects from feasibility study to construction.
  • Leading project teams by coordinating consultants, regulatory contacts, and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for obtaining necessary permits.
  • Negotiating and maintaining new and existing agreements with landowners and partners.
  • Ensuring that projects adhere to budget, timelines, and quality requirements.
  • Participating in strategic development work for DalaVind's project portfolio.
  • As we are a small team, you are expected to assist wherever needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in project management, assignment management, or work leadership.
  • Good understanding of permitting processes and environmental issues.
  • Technical interest and ability to oversee complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with many stakeholders.
  • Driver's license B.

Meritorious:

  • Experience from the wind power industry.
  • Experience in project management, preferably within energy, infrastructure, or urban development.
  • Education in areas such as energy, environment, technology, or urban planning.
  • Mapping and GIS skills.

Personal qualities

We place great importance on your personality and prefer that you are structured, self-driven, and enjoy taking responsibility. You are curious, attentive, and have an easy time building trust – both internally and externally. You are motivated by working in a small company where your contribution makes a significant difference.

We offer

  • The opportunity to work in a small and dedicated team, which is part of a larger context through Siljansvik.
  • A role with significant influence and the opportunity to shape the future wind power projects.
  • Flexible working conditions.
  • Competitive employment terms.
